Acceptance
By using Tasteful you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What Tasteful is
A free, non-commercial tool that suggests games based on your Steam library and chosen mood. Recommendations are for entertainment and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee they will match your taste, nor that the service will always be available or error-free.
Steam account
You need your own Steam account to sign in, and you must follow Steam’s own Subscriber Agreement and rules. Tasteful is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation or Steam.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service: no automated scraping, no attempts to overload, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access, and nothing illegal.
Donations
Tasteful is free. You may support it through voluntary donations on DonationAlerts. A donation is a gift to support development — it is not a purchase, it does not unlock any features, and it is non-refundable. All recommendation features are and remain free.
Intellectual property
Game titles, descriptions, artwork, and other game data belong to their respective owners (Valve, publishers, and developers). The Tasteful name, design, and code belong to its author.
Third-party links
Tasteful links to external sites such as Steam and DonationAlerts. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Provided "as is"
Tasteful is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. You may stop using it and log out at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
